Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) with a major in Accounting from Upper Iowa University in 1992. After an extensive business management career, he enrolled in law school and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Liberty University School of Law in 2008. He practiced law in the Commonwealth of Virginia from the Fall of 2008 to April 2019 focusing on Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, and Estate Law), Business Law (Business Entity Formation and Planning for Limited Liability Companies, Corporation, and “Non-Profit” organization), Elder Law, and Probate and Trust Administration.
He was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in May 2019. At that time, he joined Johnson & Wilson Law, S.C., in Marinette, WI, as an associate attorney focusing on the same areas of law listed below. Richard is married to Kathi and resides in Peshtigo, Wisconsin. He has two adult, married children, one adult stepson, and seven grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family and woodworking.
